Ring is beautiful but my size was off, I was able to contact them it was an easy fix. They had me send the ring back with a note stating what had happened and my order number along with the size I needed. Once I sent it out I emailed them my tracking number and they sent out a new ring in the size I needed. Best customer service!! 100% recommend this company.
