RESIZING
We offer free resizing within 14 days of receiving your order. If your ring does not fit properly, we will gladly resize it for you. Please note that resizing requests made after the 14-day window may be subject to an additional fee and cannot be exchanged for a different size.
If you wish to request an exchange, the item must be returned in new, unworn, and re-saleable condition within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

This includes items that have been engraved, though there may be an additional charge for re-engraving. You will also be responsible for any related shipping cost.
If you require a resizing of more than 2 full sizes, or you are beyond the free 14 days resizing period, we would still be happy to perform the resize for you, for a reasonable fee.
Due to the nature of tungsten, cobalt, ceramic and stainless steel, we cannot offer free resizing for rings made of those metals. We do have an exchange program for our tungsten, cobalt and ceramic rings.
