Giliarto is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every customer to be able to browse our jewelry, design a ring, and place an order with ease.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities.

What We Have Done

  • Text alternatives (alt text) for product and content images, and decorative images marked so screen readers skip them
  • A "Skip to content" link and visible focus outlines for keyboard users
  • Accessible names for icon buttons and links, such as search, cart, account and menu controls
  • Labels on form fields, including search and newsletter sign-up
  • Improved color contrast for text placed over photos
  • Clear heading structure on collection and product pages
  • Pages that work with browser zoom and text resizing

We test our site with automated tools and manual keyboard checks, and we continue to review and improve it.

Known Limitations

Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded social media posts and videos, payment and financing tools, and our 3D ring design tool. We work with these providers to improve accessibility, but some parts may not yet fully meet our standard. If you have trouble with any part of the site, please contact us and we will help.
