Are Giliarto rings made of real gold?

Yes. Our engagement rings and fine jewelry are made in solid gold using recycled gold, and many designs are also available in platinum. A small number of fashion pieces are made in sterling silver, tungsten, or with plating, and those materials are always stated in the product title.

Does Giliarto sell lab-grown or natural diamonds?

Both. Many of our rings are offered with lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, or colored gemstones such as lab-grown alexandrite and sapphire. You can also browse diamonds with grading reports.

Can I customize a Giliarto ring?

Yes. Every ring is made to order, and you can change the metal, stone, shape, and size. Use our 3D ring designer or send a custom design request and our team will create a design for you.

Does black rhodium plating wear off?

Yes, over time. Black and white rhodium or PVD coatings are not permanent and fade with normal wear, which is why they are not covered under warranty. We offer re-plating to restore the finish.

Why did the price of a ring change?

Our prices follow current gold and gemstone costs, so prices on the site can be updated when material costs change. The price you pay at checkout is final for your order.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does Giliarto take to ship?

In-stock items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days in the U.S. Because most pieces are made to order, standard orders take 16 to 21 business days, and complex custom orders can take 25 to 29 business days. If you need your ring by a specific date, contact us about expediting.

Does Giliarto offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders, and international shipping is free on orders over $1,200. International customers are responsible for import fees. We currently do not sell or ship to Kentucky.

Does Giliarto offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans and installments are available at checkout.

Does Giliarto have discount codes?

Current promotions are announced on giliarto.com, in our email newsletter, and on our social media. Codes listed on third-party coupon sites are often expired. U.S. service members can also get a 20% military discount.

Returns, Resizing & Warranty

What is Giliarto's return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, in original, unworn condition with all paperwork. A 5% payment processing fee applies to returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Special orders, engraved pieces, eternity bands, and tension rings cannot be returned. Does Giliarto offer free resizing?

Yes. We offer free resizing within 14 days of receiving your order, for up to two full sizes. Tungsten, cobalt, ceramic, and stainless steel rings cannot be resized. See ring resizing for details.

Does Giliarto have a warranty?

Yes. All Giliarto jewelry has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, loss, and theft are not covered, so we recommend jewelry insurance. See our warranty information.
